The Sony URX-R1 is a half 19-inch rack mountable UHF wireless microphone receiver designed for use with the Sony UWP series of wireless microphone transmitters. The receiver features space diversity reception where 2 dual receiver circuits and antenna compete for the strongest RF signal. The result is minimal drop out and interference.

The rear panel features an XLR 3-pin balanced output and unbalanced 1/4" phone connections. A stereo 1/4" phone headphone output is located on the front panel. A comprehensive LCD provides channel / frequency status, audio status, diversity status and more. Up to 188 user selectable UHF frequencies are available and the angle on the dual antenna are adjustable resulting in interference free reception. The URX-1 is easily mountable on any desk surface or half 19-inch rack shelf.
